1. You don't have support. Getting the support you need, whether it's a community or a mentor, business owners 100% need a support network of other boutique owners and peers. It's ok to ask for help, and the sooner you do, the better off you'll be.
2. You're not investing time and money in your personal development. How are you spending time on YOU? What work personally are you doing to break down your blocks and motivate yourself to the next level?
3. You're not developing systems to make life easier. When a business owner doesn't have systems, they fall apart. There's no way to maximize what's working and minimize what's not.
